 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be satisfied with your items, that's why we offer a store credit or exchange for change-of-mind purchases. If you are wanting to return your item for a store credit or exchange please email info@urbanclassics.com.au
Please note, the return and exchange process must be started within 14 days from the delivery of your order. We do not offer refunds unless the purchase is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be approved for a return. Swimwear and underwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. 
We do not accept returned items that:
Have been worn
Have tags removed
Are damaged by user
Are not in original packaging
 
SALE ITEMS 

There are strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty.

 
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact info@urbanclassics.com.au and include detailed images of the fault. Once the item is deemed faulty by our returns team, we will get in contact to discuss the next steps.
