We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return. Full priced items can be returned within 30 days of arrival for a return or exchange. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

In order to return a product purchased on for an exchange or refund, please email  You will then be directed on the best way to return your product/s.
Once contacted, and an exchange/refund is approved, customers are responsible for shipping & handling charges for posting items back to us.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and GST on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Please allow up to 7 days for your item to be processed.

We do not refund on sale items or discounted items during promotional periods (unless faulty), so please choose carefully. We will happily exchange the item for something of the same value.

Please contact our customer service team at  if you have encountered a faulty item. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and proof of purchase.
If your item is deemed faulty, Urban Classics will do its best to replace it with the exact same item, or issue a refund. Urban Classics will provide you with a return shipment label if the item is deemed faulty.
Please note all faulty items purchased outside of must be reported and returned to the same store. This is due to different returns and faulty procedures policies throughout the wholesale store network.

Once your order is placed through, you may still be able to change it. Please contact  ASAP so we can make every effort to help amend your order. Unfortunately this is guided by timing and there are no guarantees.
