Shipping & Returns


DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER

We want you to get your brand new Urban Classics gear as soon as possible. That's why we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm (AEST) on the same day, and any orders placed after this time by the next business day. Please note that during peak promotional periods, there can be delays on the dispatch date due to high volumes of orders.

All products are warehoused on the QLD Sunshine Coast, Australia. The packing and dispatching of your item(s) are done with great care by our Urban Classics Australia team.

The majority of our orders are delivered by Australia post. From time to time, we may use a courier service if necessary. Once dispatched, Australia Post will notify you that your order is on its way.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over the value of $50.00. For orders under this value, our standard shipping rate is $10.00. The estimated time for delivery is 2 - 10 business days from day of dispatch depending on your location

For express post, our express shipping rate is $15.00. The estimated time of delivery is 1 - 6 business days from day of dispatch depending on your location.

Please note that there may be delays in peak promotional times due to the high volumes of orders and for customers living outside of city regions.

Orders are fully trackable once shipped and may require a signature upon delivery.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

All orders over AUD$100 are eligible for free Australia Post Express shipping. The estimated time of delivery is 5 - 10 business days from day of dispatch. For orders under AUD$100, our Australia Post Express shipping rate is AUD$25.00.

Orders are fully trackable once shipped and may require a signature upon delivery.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you stoked with your purchase. If it’s not quite right, we offer refunds or exchanges on change-of-mind purchases.

To start a return, email info@urbanclassics.com.au with your order details and we’ll issue you a Return Authorisation (RA) number along with return instructions.

Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging

We cannot accept returns that:

 - Have been worn
- Have tags removed
- Are damaged due to wear or misuse
- Are not returned in original packaging


SALE ITEMS

Sale items are eligible for exchange only.
Refunds are only available if the item is deemed faulty or damaged.

Received something that’s not up to standard? We’ve got you.
Please email info@urbanclassics.com.au with your order number and clear images showing the fault. Once assessed and confirmed by our returns team, we’ll be in touch to sort out the next steps.
